رَمَضَانْ يَا رَمَضَانْ
شَهْرُ الصَّوْمِ الرَّمَضَانْ
شَهْرُ الْعَفْوِ وَالْغُفْرَانْ
شَهْرُ الْجُوْدِ وَالْإِحْسَانْ
أُنْزِلَ فِيْهِ الْقُرْآنْ
--------
مَرْحَبَا رَمَضَانْ
يُجَدِّدُنَا الْإِيْمَانْ
تُفْتَحُ دَارُ الْجِنَانْ
تُقْتَفَلُ النِّيْرَانْ
لَيُصَفَّدَنَّ الشَّيْطَانْ
--------
اَلصَّوْمُ لِلّٰه
دُعَاءُ الْعَبْدِ إِلَى الله
وَالْعَمَلُ بِحُبِّ الله
مَقْبُوْلٌ مِّنْ فَضْلِ الله
لِلصَّآئِمِ اَجْرُ الله
--------
فَرَحَانْ فَرَحَانْ
عِنْدَ الْفِطْرِ فَرَحَانْ
وَلِقَآءٍ مِنْ رَّحْمَانْ
وَ الْعَفْوِ وَالرِّضْوَانْ
مُبَشَّرٌ بِالرَّيَّانْ
--------
يَا جُوْدُ يَا جُوْدُ
لَيْلٌ اَحْيَ النُّفُوْسُ
خَيْرٌ اَلْفَ الشُّهُوْرْ
نَزَلَ الْمَلَكُ وَالرُّوْحُ
فِيْهَا سَلاَمُ الْوَدُوْدُ
--------
غَفَّارُ غَفَّارُ
شَفِّعْنَا الرَّمَضَانْ
اَعْتِقْنَا النِّيْرَانْ
بِفَيْضِ الصَّلَاةِ السَّلَامِ
علَى الْحَبِيْبِ الْعَدْنَانْ
اَللّٰهُمَّ سَلِّمْنِيْ
Oh, Allah! Make me comfortable
سَلِّمْنِيْ لِرَمَضَانْ
Make me comfortable for Ramadan
سَلِّمْنِيْ
Make me comfortable
سَلِّمْنِيْ
Make me peaceful
وَسَلِّمْ رَمَضَانَ لِيْ
and (please) let Ramadan safeguard me
رَمَضَانْ يَا رَمَضَانْ
ரமளான்யா ரமளான்
Ramadan O! Ramadan
شَهْرُ الصَّوْمِ الرَّمَضَانْ
நோன்பின்மாதம்ரமளான்
Ramadan is the month of fasting
شَهْرُ الْعَفْوِ وَالْغُفْرَانْ
பிழைபொறுப்பு, மன்னிப்பின்மாதம்
The month of pardon and forgiveness
شَهْرُ الْجُوْدِ وَالْإِحْسَانْ
கொடைஉபகாரத்தின்மாதம்
The month of righteousness and generosity
أُنْزِلَ فِيْهِ الْقُرْآنْ
குர்ஆன்இறங்கியமாதம்
The month in which the Holy Quran was revealed
مَرْحَبَا رَمَضَانْ
ரமளானேவருக
Welcome, O! Ramadan
يُجَدِّدُنَا الْإِيْمَانْ
எங்கள்ஈமானைபுதுப்பிக்கிறது
It renews our faith
تُفْتَحُ دَارُ الْجِنَانْ
சுவனவாயில்திறக்கிறது
The doors of the heaven are opened
تُقْتَفَلُ النِّيْرَانْ
நரகவாயில்அடைபடுகிறது
The doors of the hell are closed
لَيُصَفَّدَنَّ الشَّيْطَانْ
ஷெய்தான்விலங்கிடப்படுகிறான்
Satan, the devil is being chained
اَلصَّوْمُ لِلّٰه
நோன்புஇறைவனுக்காகும்
Fasting is for the sake of Allah
دُعَاءُ الْعَبْدِ إِلَى الله
அடியானின்பிரார்த்தனைஇறைவனிடம்செல்கிறது
The supplications of the servant to Allah
وَالْعَمَلُ بِحُبِّ الله
இறைநேசத்துடன்செய்யும்அமல்கள்
The good deeds performed with the love for Allah
مَقْبُوْلٌ مِّنْ فَضْلِ الله
அல்லாஹ்விடத்தில்ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது
Are accepted by the Grace of Allah
لِلصَّآئِمِ أَجْرُ الله
நோன்பாளிக்குஇறைவனிடம்கூலிஇருக்கிறது
Rewards are there for the one who observes fasting
فَرَحَانْ فَرَحَانْ
இருசந்தோசங்கள்இருசந்தோசங்கள்
Two happiness! (for the one who keep fasting)
عِنْدَ الْفِطْرِ فَرَحَانْ
நோன்புதிறக்கும்நேரம்சந்தோஷம்
One during Iftar
وَلِقَآءٍ مِنْ رَّحْمَانْ
இறைவனைசந்திக்கும்நேரம்சந்தோஷம்
And the other on the Divine Countenance (Liqa) of Allah, the Merciful Lord
وَ الْعَفْوِ وَالرِّضْوَانْ
இறைப்பொருத்தம்இறைமன்னிப்புடன்
And attaining His pardon and earning His pleasure
مُبَشَّرٌ بِالرَّيَّانْ
நோன்பாளிக்குரய்யான்எனும்சுவனத்தைகொண்டுசுபச்செய்திசொல்லப்படுகிறது
The person who is fasting is given glad tidings with Ar-Rayyan (one of the doors of heaven)
يَا جُوْدُ يَا جُوْدُ
கொடைமாதமேகொடைமாதமே
O! The month of grant, O! The month of grant
لَيْلٌ اَحْيَ النُّفُوْسُ
ஆன்மாக்களைஉயிர்ப்பிக்கும்ஓர்இரவுஅதில்உண்டு
There is a night in this Holy month which revives the souls
خَيْرٌ اَلْفَ الشُّهُوْرْ
அதுஆயிரம்மாதங்களைவிடசிறந்தது
It is better than a thousand months
نَزَلَ الْمَلَكُ وَالرُّوْحُ
அதிலேமலக்குகளும்ஜிப்ரீலும்இறங்குகிறார்கள்
Wherein the angels and Jibraeel (alaihimussalam) descend to earth
فِيْهَا سَلَامُ الْوَدُوْدُ
அன்பாளன் அல்லாஹ்வின்சாந்திஅனைவரின்மீதும்பொழிகிறது
The blessings of Allah are showered upon all
غَفَّارُ غَفَّارُ
மன்னிப்பவனேபிழைபொருப்பவனே
O! The ever forgiving (Lord)
شَفِّعْنَا الرَّمَضَانْ
ரமளானைஎங்களுக்குபரிந்துரைக்கசெய்வாயாக
Let Ramadan plead for us
أَعْتِقْنَا النِّيْرَانْ
எங்களுக்குநரகவிடுதலைஅளிப்பாயாக
Free us of the hellfire
بِفَيْضِ الصَّلَاةِ السَّلَامِ
ஸலவாத்ஸலாம்சொல்வதின்பரக்கத்தினால்
By the merit of our salutations and greetings
علَى الْحَبِيْبِ الْعَدْنَانْ
அத்னான்கோத்திரத்தைச்சார்ந்தநபிமுஹம்மத்ஸல்லல்லாஹுஅலைஹிவஸல்லம்அவர்கள்மீது
On our beloved Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) who is of the clan of Adnan
